As the CEO of Vancouver-based Bacchus Law Corporation, I lead a team of sixteen legal professionals providing US and Canadian securities legal services to new and established enterprises. I have taken over 40 companies public in Canada and the US. In addition to being an attorney, I have twelve years of experience in serving as an executive in public companies. I have held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director, Vice President or Chairman in various public companies and have first hand experience of the challenges facing boards and management in the public company environment.
I have co-founded several successful businesses in various industries, including biofuels and pharmaceuticals. I am committed to dealing with the issues resulting from environmental degradation and have founded several private companies with businesses centred around products or technology designed to fight climate change.
